Done with company laptops. I will be purchasing my own. Weight is not really an issue. Size may be. Tired of uber it security as they locked out my usb, dvd, and gave me a battery that lasts 10 min. Can't even change my ip. Sugjestions plz. Price not really an issue as it will be myri,ary source of entertainment.

Seems ok if you need it immediately. Most of the notebook sales are already dead or haven't started (post-Xmas sales). Amazon has the same model with a 750GB drive for $20 more if you want more space: http://www.amazon.com/G73JW-XA1-Republi ... =de_a_smtd

and best buy has one for about 200 dollars less here http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp ... 167&loc=01 . different graphics and memory values.

Decided I don't care about the weight or size any more. I use a laptop for my primary source of entertainment so it has to be good.
