My thoughts, get a 590/570 sli board. Also you could always go crossfire. The extra x16 slut may prove usefull in the future.

As for video go cheep really cheep casue dx10 cards are right around the corner.
To complment your raptors get a segate 7200.10 hard drive they are almost as fast as the 74gb raprors you have and go from 250gb to 750gb
