BFHQ gave me a pleasant surprise tonight. Down there. Roundeye Cross, Towlie Scimitar, and Chinee Medallion now only require 100 hours to receive.

No, 100 hours total. If you're referring to BF2S, the site just hasn't updated with the new requirements yet. Also, there might still be a wins requirement, but I couldn't tell you what it is.
