I had the most fascinating conversation with Drunkpy tonight. Details tomorrow after I double check with Soberpy.

I remember walking out of the last bar and then nothing....


Checking my phone I called Hogg at 1:42, 1:43 and 1:47 and then he called me at 1:55. I remember nothing, Im also no sure how I got home. Plus my car is not at my house but everything else, keys, wallet, money, clothes are secure.

I gave you a ride (in case you hadn't deduced from the phone calls, using Tobi-like Nancy Drew skillz). Your car is in Lot 9. Call me if you need a ride to it.

Last think I remember from last night was leaving the bar. I wanted to call Hogg and tell him that I was drunk and I wanted to play Wii and sleep in his bathroom (inside joke). It turns out that I did actually do this but Hogg suggested that he just take me home so I could go to sleep.

During the ride home I told Hogg that he was the best friend ever and I loved him then I guess I tried to explain something that happened at the bar. I told Hogg that I met a gay guy and that it turns out, "gay people are gay but they're also very rational." WTF I meant by that is unknown.

See the brother of the birthday girl is gay and he was came to the bar with his boyfriend. At one point drunken birthday girl jumped on his boyfriend's back and her pants kinda came down exposing some crack. Her brother quickly went to pull her pants up and then paused and turned to me saying "I should do the brotherly thing but I don't wanna ruin the show for you."

So I guess the whole "gay people are very rational" comment came from the fact that he let me stare at his sister's bottom.

Well I am going to see Messiah live tonight... it's going to be great in more ways than are imagineable.

Ok. First off, the bathroom story. Assrott and I are home for Thanksgiving break. I'm up late playing some Wii, waiting for him to come home drunk so we can play bowling. He comes in with a giant, shit-eating grin on his face, and proclaims, "I'm fuckin' drunk." He then concludes that I'm laughing at him, and tells me to keep laughing. Then he says "Let's fuckin bowl. Hitler's coming for you." See, he always plays as Hitler and never as his own Mii.

So he goes to the bathroom and I set up the game. And I sit there and wait. While I'm waiting, I quit the game and make a Mii in his honor and name it Drunkrott. Then I set up another game, go get a snack, and play both players two-handed while I'm eating. It was a pretty close game.

Finally I go knock on the bathroom door. The response: "Huh? I'm sleepin."
I say: "You're sleeping?"
Him: "Yeah. You need the bathroom?"
Me: "No, I just wondered if you were going to come bowl."
Him: "No, fuck that. I'm sleepin."

I go away and play some more Wii for a while. I become concerned that he's dead or something, so I go back and knock on the door and try to talk to him. A lot. Finally after I ask "Are you awake?" I hear something like "mmpfyeah." I ask if he'd at least rather go sleep on the couch. There is no response, but satisfied that he's still breathing, I go to bed.

Liam: Best. Oratorio. Ever. Was it performed with adequate skill?

Hogg: it was done incredibly... the Jax Symphony's 50-piece string section (plus two oboe, two trumpets, a harpsichord and a freaking sweet organ) and and the 150-strong extended Jax Symphony Chorus together... we sat in the cheap ($25) seats and it was like listening to the radio full-blast, only better cause it was live and I know 80% of the musicians.

Did they perform Summon the Manhammers as an encore?

They should have.

Hmm... a choir would be an excellent addition to Manhammer works. That and bells, the ones that sound all grave and manly.
