Hammerpoint's online multiplayer zombie survival game is out of beta, and now available on Steam. According to Hammerpoint's press release, The War Z has over 600,000 registered users, and usually logs 150,000 unique players per day.


Thoughts? I love survivial zombie stuff.

Yeah, it's disappointing. An open world zombie survival game is something I'd play forever and ever.

Apparently a lot of threads complaining about the game are being closed on the Steam forums. This one's pretty funny - took me a moment to catch it.

It's a shame, the concept is good. We'll see if things improve.

Eh day z is still fun just being a bandit. Especially when the whole server tries to find you, or you steal someones car and run them over.
