It was just my phone camera. The signs are far enough away that they aren't going by that fast, so the camera can focus decently. Or maybe the phone camera doesn't have focus capability. Whatever. Hey, I witnessed an accident today. I was on O Street in Lincoln (already a mistake), behind an SUV. Traffic slowed down abruptly, y'know, the way it just does sometimes when everyone is following everyone else way too closely. I opened my mouth to bitch to lady friend about how I wasn't able to see it coming because of the behemoth piece of shit in front of me, when the Saturn behind me was suddenly jolted forward several feet, with the tires squealing and the glass and headlight shards flying up from behind and the driver's head snapping forward. If she (yes) hadn't been keeping such a safe distance behind me, her car probably would have been pushed into mine. The Saturn looked alright - big dent and scratches on the rear bumper and so forth. The Nissan that hit it, however, was completely fucked. If the woman (yes) driving it and her 10-year-old-ish passenger hadn't been wearing seat belts, well, everyone's day would have been a lot shittier. I haven't seen a traffic fatality since that old lady was hit in the street next to our house. Anyway, I didn't flee the scene, unlike the nine other witnesses. I called the police for the Saturn lady and checked on the other lady and let her use my phone to call her husband. She was pretty distraught, and the kid was just kinda bored. lawl. Poor lady. The moral of the story is this: fuck SUVs right in the ass. If everyone could see ahead through everyone else's windows, then this kind of thing could be prevented. Also if I and everyone else drove at anywhere close to a safe distance behind other cars, ever. Also cocks. lol im bored. I expect some tl;drs on this one. |

Lawl bitching about SUVs in the most barren, open, and spacious place in America that does not have cactuses and sand. Also, I loved the fact that they have omghaking, i.e. Free Running, i.e. Parkour, in the latest Bond. It adds a touch of lawlwtfgay to an already good movie. |
