The tragedy is all the "CIRCLE ME BERT" signs now have to be redone. I was at the metrodome aka awesomeDOME the other day and yeah, old people want to be circled.

Wow. The Royals are a half game back of not being the crapiest team in the Majors. Last time I looked they were a ways out.

6 or more out of the next 14 gives them a winning September.

8-game winning streak starting now gives them a winning home record for the season :!:

That last one's not gonna happen, but the fact that a winning home record is still a mathematical possibility this late makes me moist. Down there.

The relatives of Asswrought and me no longer have to give any thought to our birthday present each year. It's always Opening Day tickets.

how late in the year are they available? cause were i to go i'd wanna sit with my friends.

ps. i'm serious... as long as i do not encounter financial ruin, i intend to get a roundtrip ticket to KS to spend the series hanging with you guys, and engaging in awkward conversation while regretting my decision to take our buttsechs to the next level.

Smith, Glimz. What are the chances of you making an appearance on opening day in K.C.? I only ask because the time for ticket procurement is fast approaching.

The plan is to get to KC on friday (or saturday?) and spend 2 days buyin guns an laggin it up, then the game, then fly home tuesday. I talked to Glimz and he really wants to do it.

airlines don't sell tix that far in advance (or they didnt when i first checked..)
