Let's examine this. Your only win vs a ranked opponent was against an SEC team. All your wins were against South East teams. You were blown out by a Pac10 team. Also, UT > world SEC > yoar mom The only team worth mentioning in the SEC is LSU. Nice try though. (Note this is not me saying the Big10 is worth bragging about in terms of caliber either) College football is borked this year. Let's all just pull together and root for South Florida to win it all. I know I am. |

Quote: Ohio St vs LSU = LSU
As it stands right now, I'll agree with you.Illinois vs South Carolina = SC Michigan vs Florida = Florida Indiana vs Alabama = Bama Wisconsin vs Georgia = Georgia Purdue vs Tennessee = Tennessee Penn St. vs Auburn = Even Northwestern vs Kentucky = Kentucky Michigan St. vs Vandy = Even Iowa vs Mississippi St = Even Minnesota vs Akransas = Even Bullshit. SC wouldn't be able to handle mendenhall Disagree. Whoever has the ball last would win. Neither team has the defense to stop the other. Not sure why you're putting Indiana vs. Alabama but in that matchup yes. Wisconsin would roll over georgia. Georgia doesn't have the ability to stop a rushing attack. PJ Hill would have a field day. Would be another shootout where the last team with the ball wins. Ok now you're just setting up unfair matchups of course Kentucky would beat Northwestern. The next two I'll give you, but if you're going to put our worst up there, you need to put your worst up there. Miss. Minnesota can at least put up points regularly (except when playing the #1 defense in the country) therefore they get the edge over Miss. |

I was trying to make the matchups even but since the SEC is split into east/west I didnt know how to break ties like when two teams are 2-1 or when one team is 2-1 and the other is 2-2. As it stands. SEC east South Carolina 3-1 Florida 2-2 Georgia 2-2 Kentucky 1-1 Tennessee 1-1 Vanderbilt 1-2 West LSU 3-0 Alabama 2-1 Auburn 2-1 Mississippi St. 1-2 Arkansas 0-2 Mississippi 0-3 So... LSU SC Bama Auburn Florida Georgia Kentucky Tennessee Miss St Vandy Ark Miss ? |

I'm enjoying this year. It's not the same ol crap that we always get. It's refreshing to see the good teams lose.

Last night Lee Corso called the Stanford win "The biggest upset in college football history. It was even bigger than App St over Michigan." haha.lol |

The issue Happy, is you're going based solely on record as opposed to actual ability. You're actually saying Georgia is still better than Tennessee? Did you not see them get manhandled by Tenn? IMO Here's how the SEC is ranked: LSU USC Kentucky Tied between Auburn and Florida Tennessee Georgia Alabama Mississippi St. Vanderbilt Arkansas Mississippi IMO here's how the Big 10 is ranked: Ohio State Illinois Michigan (you have to admit they fixed their preseason problems) Purdue Wisconsin Indiana Penn State Northwestern Michigan State Iowa Minnesota |

If the NCAA is gonna be this way, where no team goes undefeated, does that mean maybe some day we'll get rid of this fucking ridiculous championship system? |

Not to mention all the upsets from the previous 1000 years of football. I'm just saying that I find it a bit much to proclaim it the biggest upset EVER. |

Who says no team is going undefeated? As it stands, I think OSU is going to be undefeated.

I mean in general, if this year's goofiness becomes a trend that increases in future years. |

Just so we're clear, Appalachian State is a Division 1-AA team who plays in a 16,650-seat stadium in Boone, N.C. Stanford won the Pac-10 as recently as 1999. Even if Michigan is a run-of-the-mill team from a mediocre conference (check and check), App. State/Mich. is the bigger of the two upsets by an immeasurable margin. There shouldn't even be a discussion. |

If we win out, you can't say that. We'll have played against more than likely 5 ranked teams

Youngstown State = Shit Akron = Shit @Washington = Shit Northwestern = Shit @Minnesota = Shit @Purdue = Top 30 team...nothing great Kent St. = Shit Michigan St. = Shit @Penn St. = Shit Wisconsin = Lost to Ron Zook (aka SEC reject) Illinois = Probably OSU's hardest game. (they lost to Missouri). Illinois needs to stick to basketball. @Michigan = AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA So your awesome schedule boils down to Purdue and Illinois |

After week 2, when Michigan had lost to Appalachian State and then got the shit kicked out of them by Oregon... they were still getting votes in the polls. So, you know, rankings are cool and meaningful. |

Yeah, the ranking system always orders the teams by skill. Always. |

State = shit Arkansas = shit Miss. = shit Ron Zook is an SEC reject? At least he could easily maintain a .500 record or better while in the SEC. Then he meets a real challenge and it takes him 3 years before he finally has a + .500 record. Oh and did you know the good coaches of the SEC learned what they learned from the Big10? Poor Coqui. We're arguing with you just because your team is the only one with a prayer of contending for the title. |

LOLI don't know if there are any Sooner fans here, but I would assume they still have a chance (assuming they can beat Colorado for the Big 12 championship as well as go undefeated prior to that) |
