This is all that will save me if Google ever pulls an AOL and releases "anonymous" users' search data. At least if someone finds a user who has searched for "faggoty shitmongrel penisbag" as well as things I've searched for in real life, there will be a bunch of random crap in there too and they won't be able to be sure it's me.

1) Acknowledge emails from customers (or people who never wanted to be customers but were forced to be).
2) Don't automatically share customers' information with other companies, such that the customer must take action in order for his information not to be shared.
3) At least make it easier to opt out of being pillaged by other TIME companies.
4) Make it so you don't have to dig through dozens of pages of the SI customer support website to do so.
5) Don't force people to receive a "subscription" to SI when they buy MLB Audio, such that they have no choice but to receive the magazine and all the junk mail that comes along with it, and have to take action to cancel the damned thing. The default action should be not to renew. I know this would show regard for consumers and probably make SI a little less money, and therefore is wildly foreign to the company's ideals, but please give it some consideration anyway.
6) Don't sell pornography and call it the "swimsuit edition."
7) Go fuck yourself. I'm sick of dealing with your company. If I receive anything more but a sincere apology for SI's constant display of naked contempt for me and all humanity, with a resolution to be more considerate (i.e. considerate at all) in the future, my disgust for SI will only increase.

Apparently Sports Illustrated didn't get the message. I never heard back from them, but I did get a piece of auto-spam wanting me to take a "customer satisfaction survey." After giving them the lowest rating on everything, I gave the following recommendations:
