Typing SAFE into Magicka and middle clicking will (unsurprisingly) keep you safe by making you immune to Fire, Arcane and Lightning. You can also add a Steam (QF) to it for more immunities, although that’s less easy to remember. It’s not showy, but casting this on yourself means you can use your big damaging spells without having to worry about accidentally killing yourself (although some say that’s half the fun).

All Magika stuff is on sale on steam again, 50% off. Complete pack is at $12, just origional game at $5, and most expansions are $1-3. I saw you guys play a shitload of this while I was gone, but havent seen much interest in it since. Something still enjoyed or worth playing through, or just one to pass on?

I think we lost interest because all of us beat the campaign at least once, we beat all the survival maps, and aren't interested in PvP maps. Also the PvP update made it all harder. They changed the PvE game to be in line w/ PvP which was fucking dumb. If they released new Survival or Campaign maps I'd definitely buy them and play them, but otherwise, meh. It has a free demo you should at least try it.

That's pretty fucking good. Most 10 dollar games net you only about 15 hours of playtime. But you're never around anyway glimz so you shouldn't be buying any game that isn't something the rest of us are putting 300+ hours into.

On steam sale for 75% off ($2.50 for the base game, all add-on's are like $.50-$1.25). Haven't ever played it yet, but hear it's entertaining also (much like we're currently enjoying Terraria) Question: What of the extra content should I be getting? Base game is 2.50, game with all content is 7.50; but if no one else has any of the extra shit why drop the cash on it instead of doing something more fun with the extra $5.

I think we're fragmented on what expansions we have - I only have the Vietnam expansion, Agent/Hogg/Smoke might have more, but I think to get access to the other MP arenas only one person has to have the expansion, A/H/S please advise tia

yea for the map packs only the host needs to buy it. the internet says the new adventure campaigns (i.e. stars are left) work the same way. so.... don't buy anything. unless you want the bitching new robes and more achievements. Then you have to buy it yourself. i wish we played this more.
