Then when the guy was talking about how RPGs ruined his life and he changed his life by playing Sonic and stuff, that was pretty gay. Plus he didn't address the orientation you have if you only like games you play drunk with Manhammers, but I think we all know what orientation that is.

The stuff we do is referred to as "emergent gameplay" which basically describes the process of creating game experiences within a game world that were not originally intended by the designers. It's a relatively common phenomenon and it usually happens when players lose interest with the official modes of play included in a particular game.
