Yes, I fully agree with this law. It seems to be set up to allow citizens to take care of themselves and their own, without having to rely on the government for everything, and it seems to be almost working.

In addition legal killings went from 32 in 2006 to 48 in 2010. That's a multiplier of 1.5 in 5 years.
I fully expect that Texas will continue on this educational path and do their best to lead the way for the rest of the states. If they can follow through on the expectation they have set up:
by 2015: 72 people killed / year
by 2020: 108 people

by 2050: 1,230 people

by 2100: 7,938 people/year.


Alright, that looks pretty low. Come on Texas; you can do better!

There aren't many game descriptions I read on steam that make me feel like I'm getting anything mildly resembling an idea of how the game works. Some are amusing though:

Not that it makes it any better for the US, but there are a lot of pretty terrible looking uniforms out there. Check the link below, that's only 2012 (sorry, could only find slideshows). At least they only wear them for ceremonies.
