However, I AM PATIENT, so if anyone would like to say nay about any of these components, please do so. (P.S. I considered a Raptor, but I don't know if it'll make *that* much difference, and it's so expensive and small.) sigh, I wish I'd had time to shop around last night. I woulda gotten that Woot card. |

i went dual PCIe, but it remains to be seen if i toss another 6800 in here... if i get a chunk of change soon, i will... i'm playing in a decent sized poker tourny this weekend. i likey hoggar.. HDD's are sketchy no matter the brand now-adays. |

That's kinda vague, Smith. I know what it means, but I haven't been able to find articles about whether multi-core is better for gaming and stuff. Yes.A rough comparison would be the graphics increase from running a single AGP vid card to a double PCI-E setup. It's like dropping an LS1 engine into a stock camaro. Vroom. |
