good question, if that .06 or .60

Look at the way phpBB numbers the release...

20 > 6

Though it'd be more intuitive if it were 06 instead of just 6.

Post subject:

well 6 is more than 20. and if they put 20 then wouldnt 6 be 06. because 60 would be 60

they number stupid but .20 is definitely more than .6

stupid freesource kiddies.

i do have ftp access, but i'm lazy and dumb and dumb.

xfire me and walk me through it or my server guy will do it for me in the next week or so. lawl.

if this is the case, and php doesnt know how to number a release date (which this is more than likely a mistake by the author) then we might want to look into other forum databases lol

we can't have a pirated forum.

there are other free forums, but I think phpbb is fine, we just need to keep it updated. I mean, shit, our current version is two years old.

just download the changed file zip file from
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/phpb ... -files.zip

open the 2.0.6 to 2.0.20 subzip file and extract.

upload the files to the server replacing the old ones.

then go to www.crapyclawn.net/forums/install/update_to_latest.php

then delete the /install/ folder

takes 5 mts.

Scott,

myg0t has been hitting up some phpbb forums, i've seen both
www.hardgaming.com's forums go down, as well as www.zalanthas.org.
Neither is back up yet, and it's been about a week.

Please check to make sure my board is fully updated, looks like the
latest update was on feb. 27th.

http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=14&t=267563

thanks,
rob

There. Done and done. Not quite five minutes, I started updating at 8:40 central, and it's now 9:15 cst.

But it's my first time, and the upload took awhile. Probably only 10 minutes of work.
