Cash is rolling in from the new job and I have decided the old barton 2500+ needs to be overhauled. Here is my list that I have started to pick out. CPU -AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ Windsor 2000MHz HT 2 x 512KB L2 Cache Socket AM2 Dual Core Processor - Retail Does 1meg of l2 cache x2 make it that much faster? cool, i ordered my new desktop today also, ULTROS (have another dirnk) quad xeon 2.66 1gb fb-ecc + another 5gb on my desk 1x500 sata 3 + whatever is lying in my external fw bays 2x 7300gt high five new computers, ultros! |
