Congrats to Bowling Green for being the team to break Ohio States 13 game streak of consecutively beating the spread. Spread was 34 we won by 31

My rant:

- The better team won. The inferior team probably deserved to win (IMHO).

- Nice to see true big-game atmosphere back in Lincoln. Hasn't happened in 5 years. Probably the most epic game I've ever been to. When Nebraska took the lead in the 4th quarter, and it started snowing furiously, it was one of the most surreal experiences I've ever had.

- Lol @ Bill Callahan and the guy on the sidelines that has to lug BC's nuts around in a wheelbarrow. Biggest game in his time at Neb., needs a TD to take the lead, six minutes left. Does he go with some bread-and-butter West Coast Offense briliance? No, he calls plays the way I do when I play NCAA video games. My friend DVR'ed the game and showed me Callahan's facial expression immediately after he sent in the call for the HB pass...ROFL. Priceless.

- "...after regular kicker Greg Johnson told Brown late in the game that his leg was tightening up." Translation: "My pussy hurts."

- Some of my friends and I are kicking around the idea that if there is a rematch in K.C. in December, we would pick up like 10 cases of beer and take a grill to arrowhead and tailgate all damn day. You guys would be more than welcome (it's only a 12 hour drive from Austin).

Brady: as much as I'd like to see what would be written in the memo line on a check from you, if you give me 6 and a half for next year's game in Austin, I'd be willing to do a double-or-nothing. lawl.

Definite possibility at this point, although who knows with work etc. As far as my desire to come down there for next year's game, I'd put that at about a 9.5. That could be swayed by the aforementioned work, by how crapy/awesome Neb. is next year, and by how well a shitfaced Husker fan would be treated in Darrell K Royal. Do your fans take well to outsiders messing with Texas? I'm all for good-natured ribbing and even taunts and obscenities when you guys win, but I'm not so keen on bottles thrown at me or fighting.
