My mousepad history: First few years: a ~7"x7" cloth mousepad from AAA of Nebraska, courtesy of my grandmother's basement. Since then (after I wore through the first one): a ~6"x6" cloth mousepad, from Best Buy, with a gel wrist rest that has broken open and poops all over my desk. |

func makes the best pads. i've used a lot of different brands. ratpadz and everglide wear out in no time glass and cloth pads have too much friction metal pads are cold and expensive i've had no reason to switch out my func 1030 which has lasted since years, but i'd go with the func archetype as it has a bit better size and shape. you can even buy a custom pad with a manhammer spray. i'd also buy a roll of teflon tape from a plumbing supply company... i got a 30' roll for about $7 and it'll last forever. |

I used a MS Intelli-trac or something like that. I still have it, just don't use it anymore. I use a Logitech G5 now. I take it we are boycotting Ratpads? I thought they were THE mousepad to have. I currently use a Dell mousepad I stole from work.
