I saw it also...I think that laughing more than 5 times in a movie makes it not as action packed. There were just too many Gay tendencies. It was commical but not needed. Also my friend Matt fell asleep during the first half. We've been waiting 6 months to see this film. So something must have not been good to fall asleep.

well, the gay tendencies were historically accurate, not necessarily comical.

I haven't seen the movie yet, so I don't know exactly what you mean, but there was definitely a different culture concerning sex between different genders and ages back then.

They didn't blow it out of proportion. The ancient greeks and romans loved the man sechs. If anything they kept it under wraps in this movie.

I guess I was expecting more action and less drama...even though there was a lot of action...

Oh, and assrott and I agreed that the comical moments were acceptable, as they stemmed from Leonidas and the Spartans basically saying "I AM GREAT." Their all-around greatness reminded me of the Underscores.
