As we have been severely lacking in Bacon the last few months I've decieded to post my own creation with directions and pictures on the site. I make this regularly, just do it and dont be afraid....it's hard to fuck up, takes about 10 minutes of actual work, and comes out awesome. You will be regarded as a God amonst cooking men, women will fall at your feet, and mothers will cry in sheer estacy at your cooking abilities. Bacon wrapped chicken thing: Attachment:
Need 4-8 chicken breasts, a package of turkey bacon, honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, and salt. That's it. Most of that shit (except maybe the meat) you should have around the house. You can get 4-5 chicken breast in an 8"x8" pan, 8+ in a 9"x13" pan. Prep and cooking are exactly the same for both, just base it on how many servings you need. It re-heats really well, so dont be afraid of leftovers.Attachment:
Start by pre-heating oven to 350 degrees. Spray your pan (8X8 or 9X13) with non-stick (Pam) spray. Then dump in roughly equal amounts of honey and maple syrup (about 1/4 cup each...brand doesnt matter so go cheap) into the pan. Then add in roughly the same volume in brown sugar and mix it all together with u'r fingers...it'll come out a thick syrup dark brown in color.Attachment:

Next up take each chicken breast and do the following: 1. Roll it in the syrup-ness in the pan. Attachment:
2. Place strips of turkey bacon on it (usually takes me 4 per breast).
Attachment:
3. Roll them around the chicken breast while rolling them in the syrup-stuff.4. Leave in pan. Attachment:
5. Repeat for all chicken breasts.

Next salt them heavily. Attachment:
If you want to bitch about tukey bacon read this: SPOILER! Highlight it to read it.I've done both. Turkey bacon doesnt have the necesary salt to taste right, so you have to add it, but it bakes well. If you use regular bacon it doesnt need the salt, but it doesnt bake evenly and you get fatty/chewy-ness. It's still good, but not as good as if you use the turkey bacon from the start. Attachment:
Then slam the pan in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, rotate the chicken breasts (use tongs, this helps to cook both sides evenly), and cook for another 30 minutes (1:15 total).

At the end pull them out and serve up. Chicken should be well done but juicy throughout (unless you live at fucked up altitudes...Sabs, dont know how u adjust for that) and bacon is just a bit crispy. Add additional salt if needed. Any leftovers put into a container with the leftover syrupy-ness for reheating. By the way, it'll also smell fucking awesome (like maple syrupy bacon) while u'r cooking it, so fuck yeah, go bacon!
