This could just as well be a BC2 expansion. Looks like there are more city maps and fewer woods-full-of-snipers maps. Pretty dumb that it's a different "series" of game but looks to play exactly like a game in a different series. For the number of hours I get out of games (100-200 usually) for my $30-50, if this is good enough I wouldn't have a problem picking up a new game that's similar to the last. I'm sure it'll have some different game modes like L4D->L4D2 did, even if the game mechanics are nearly identical to BC2. But whether this game is worth a crap or not remains to be seen. I won't buy any EA games without some reviews and word of mouth first. |

i'll be interested to see how they position it. the single player looks much more robust. Perhaps they're making up for the shoddy bc2 single player. even so, it's weird. |
