Add a turbin, an AK-47, and a name that includes both "Ali" and "Mohammad" and we can add that last pic to every terrorist watch list in the states.

You're thinking the Middle East when you should be thinking Cuba.

Teaks
Buy this: http://store.steampowered.com/app/57300/
Apparently it's a tremendous single player game.

Na, taliban outfits are all the rage. The only time you might push the limit is if you strap a childs 747 ride-in toy around your waste hung by suspenders to go with it.

or you could dress as the taliban, and get a friend to dress as a spec-ops guy who repeatedly shoots you in the head with a paintball gun throughout the night.

this reminds me of an idea i had many years ago.. a hostage situation. 2 guys, a shotgun and a lot of duct tape. Tape the shotgun to your hand and the hostages neck, and walk around awkwardly all night.

Metro 2033: Recommended 1st person campain at $10-15. Really good campaign, lotta different elements to most 1st person shooters and solid story to it wihtout an excessive amount random jumping puzzles and such. Took me a good 3 days of solid playing to work through it on 3rd of 5 difficulty levels. Really worth the time and money if purchased at a discount.

If you liked the atmosphere and are interested in a more open-world shooter, play the Stalker games (you can skip Clear Sky if you want).

Yeah, Stalker was pretty damn good, nearly done with clear sky and it's so-so (has some good new innovations, but some just general annoying shittiness so I have to work it in doses). Already bought the 3rd one through steam, just waiting to finish clear sky before starting it.

since I hate tf2, that's not exactly a positive comparison, and the trailer doesn't really show anything about the actual gameplay. but... this bit is interesting: 4 man vs AI mode and 6v6 Competitive modes.

also, it's fucking cheap. I'm interested.
