So yeah, the far hell portal now functions as a double portal. That was pure luck, I didn't know it would do that.

Also, the various chests in the house might be unorganized. They used to be in order, then the server took a shit and had to be reverted to an older version or something.

I must visit that shit.

Its about two and a half day's walk by land from our original town (much shorter thru the portal transporter).

If no one raided my stash there is a chest in the basement of the "new land" that I started. When the ability to go into the Nether came I was lagging like hell and never went back. Have not had the urge.

Also because I didn't want to make the trek back across the map.

It was a total accident

was coming back from the nether where i had harvested 7 buckets of lava...

an accident, and I am deeply sorry and for realz sad.

What happened? I did a backup yesterdayish.

while trying to open a door, in the upstairs of posi's (i think?) house (whichever house was made of wood and colored wool) i accidentally released a bucket of lava. Rookie mistake i know. I died, re-spawn and tried to put it out with water... i put it all out, and it did not burn any boxes of stuff, but it did pretty severe structural damage to a lot of that house.

Reminds me of the time Glimz "accidentally" dumped a bucket of lava onto Posi's wolf pack.

It really isn't that hard to not wreck other people's property, Dutillys.
