i read in a thread rawb pre-ordered a 32 player, what is the cost difference for a 64? we r needs moar MOAR! i found 64m caspian a lot of fun and really enjoyed the extra 16 dudes shooting me in the face.

NFO and most other hosts set prices per slot, so a 64-slot server is 2x expensive as a 32-slot. It's ~$96/$48 respectively.

I think there will still be quite a few 64-man servers. Some of the guys that have been around for a while that have a community get their players to donate and manage to run a few servers.

We'll see whether we prefer conquest or rush, but if rush is the preference, 32 players is the max. We may have as good of luck filling a 32-slot rush as a 64-slot conquest. 32-slot conquest may be less favorable for random players to join.

64 man means it's not rush?
fuck that. I wouldn't mind putting a little to their server to get a reserve slot for the odd conquest nights, but i imagine 70% of my time will be spent on rush.

but honda restart matches every time someones disconnects to prevent QQing? imeanwut.

i say we still take it over every once in a while with everyone tagged up to promote shens and lawlary.
