Skyrim got boring after a while. Nowadays I spend my time running through dungeons as quickly as possible. I no longer give a shit about loot or anything else.

Who am I kidding, I quit playing because it was so boring.

Yeah, it's called "Thief"; unfortunately there hasnt been a new one of those since Duke Nukem was cool.

As for swords and making heads explode...I already play that every night with my bf3. Since I can't 'sneak' a tank around all night, I get some variety to my gameplay this way.
Also (with lots of sneak + the 15X dagger-backstab multiplier) I get to do this:
