Gotta use Google Wallet to pay, and you have to use the $40 credit by February 26th. I'm having some problems with checkout due to server load, but it should go through eventually. No mention of a limit on offers, so this may go quickly.

edit: I was able to purchase. If you get errors when checking out, just keep refreshing.
