Picked up the iBomber series (simple tower defense game) and World in Clawnflict (Gold pack is like $6; read forums and aparently something about when old company was bought out the new company invalidated a bunch of cd-keys, hence many people can't reinstall right now. If you bitch to them you can get a new one issued. I liked the game enough and wanted the additional content so i was willing to drop a whole $6 on it).

Todays deals of note: Payday:the heist for $5. It looked interesting...picked up a 76 metacritic score. 4-pack is $15. I'm considering it as a single group playthrough kinda thing....

Also starter pack for Tribes: Ascend is $5. Very good deal if anyones going to keep playing this.

So far I've gotten:

Deus Ex: Human Revolution
The Binding of Isaac
Payday: The Heist (for sweet manhammer co-op action, somebody else should grab it too. It's only $5)

Teaks, I assume you mean the World in Conflict: Complete Edition. If that's the one, let me know how the extra content is. I'll either get a key for the original version since I still have it, or buy on the Steam sale.

Also see that "Terraria" is only like $2 a copy. Looks like a multiplayer side-scroller of Minecraft. Is this a multi-[__] nightcap also?

no one night caps anymore because we don't start until the time we used to night cap at, 10pm.

that, and posi and ether are always playing from midnight on anyway, so basically you can just nightcap bf3 with more bf3.

this is why i haven't been sleeping a lot lately.

haven't bought shit so far. everything i would really want i already have. haven't seen anything that i just kinda want yet.

Here are a couple resources for the Steam summer sale.

This page is slow to load, but shows you price history on Steam and other vendors: http://www.steamgamesales.com/

This thread shows all Daily Deals: http://slickdeals.net/f/4873474-Steam-S ... l-download

As noted above, wait for games to come up on a Daily Deal. If they aren't selected as a Daily Deal, you can just buy on the last day of the summer sale.

Yeah, I've been keeping an eye, but I assume you already have all the Hitman games. Walking Dead looks decent, but might as well wait till all 5 episodes are out.

Anyone played GTA IV's multiplayer? I've only played a couple versions of GTA 3, and single player at that. GTA IV is $5 today.

Fun at a LAN, but I'd never play it online.

Why's that?

As with any game, need a certain number of other underscores to play with for me to buy.

It's one of those games that greatly benefits from being able to taunt/commiserate in real life. Aside from that, the gameplay never grabbed me and it's a shoddy port.

Several of us (Hogg, Smoke, Hapy, Posi, Teaks) are having fun with Terraria. If you're into that sort of thing, I recommend picking it up before we all lose interest.

So no great news that sabs, super, and i regularly game together. In an effort to expand the number of games we all have we've done some nice sale 4-pack sets. Still leaves us with one extra.

In the effort of [__] community support I offer up the following sacrifices to any free of charge; may it please the gods and bring about rain, abundant crops, and more human sacrifices:

The Heist (1 copy available)
Magicka (Base game; 1 copy)

Today's indie bundle has a L4D style game where you fight dinosaurs.

I bought.

That's "Origion" or something. We talked about it a bit somewhere on the forumns when it was first released. I checked the metacritic on it yesterday. It was not positive. Lotta complaints about bugs, inability to connect, lack of balance to anything, dino's clipping through everything, etc.
