First off I would like to know if you saw the movie happy?


I rather enjoyed it myself. I view these re-makes as a way for the younger generation to enjoy what we had. Its kind of like wearing those old Ninja Turtle underwear again.

I saw Grindhouse tonight and the first movie, "Planet Terror" was a very good/funny zombie flick with Bruce Willis and the Iraqi guy from Lost.

The 2nd movie "Death Proof" sucked dick. It was Tarantino's movie so I figured it would be good but instead of making fun of old movies like he wanted to do he just ended up making a movie as bad as the ones he was mocking. Death Proof was a boring waste of time.

Saw Grindhouse tonight. Was blown away. I want to ram Rose Mcgowan now. Also, I liked Death Proof. In its defense its pretty much impossible to follow up Planet Terror.

That said they needed to really trim the second half of Death Proof with Rosario and crew. Death Proof was a more traditional homage to grindhouse flicks as oppsoed to Rodriguez which was just balls to the walls action.

I watched Planet Terror and thought it was really good. I haven't finished watching Death Proof yet because it's so boring and filled with idle conversation.


Also Fergi (or however you spell her name) was fine as shit in that movie.
