tl;dr
So this week I'm playing Gothic 3. I tried playing it once before but it was a laggy fucked up buggy mess. Also it's kinda hard. So I got bored and figured I'd download it again and I'm glad I did. They've patched it a bunch and fixed a lot of shit, but it's still not silky smooth. Anyways, it's one of those open ended RPG's like TES series and that Two World's game I was playing a couple weeks ago (which was too easy). This one's a
whole lot harder, but also has some cooler shit that, while difficult, adds a lot to the game. For instance, health and mana don't regenerate unless you sleep, but if you kill any type of wildlife you can get the raw meat from them, which restores your health, or you can cook it and get double the health restoration. There are several class skills you can learn such as Fighter/Hunter/Mage/Thief and subclasses from them like different mage classes and druid kinda healing shit, as well as tradeskill stuff like smithing, alchemy, cooking, etc. It's sort of like a single player MMO. But the level design is amazing and it's a lot more immersive than most games of it's ilk. My big beef with Oblivion was that they dumbed it down so much for consoles it lost a lot of what made Daggerfall and Morrowind so go. These game should be hard as shit IMO.
