So if lots of people live where you do and apply for stuff, you'll get rejected even before your application actually gets considered by the institution with whom you're applying.

I later asked if that fact was included on the application form, and wouldn't it be better for people so they don't have to go on a month-long quest of jumping through hoops and getting fucked in various orifices before someone finally, finally tells them what "inquiries on your address" means and it dawns on them that the institution is full of retards? She said no, they actually don't want that information on the application.

Ok, I actually just asked why they don't include the fact that if lots of people live somewhere and apply for stuff, they'll all automatically be rejected. But she did say they don't want to. I have no fucking clue why not. It would have been nice to know a month ago.

Also, I think my fucking bank employs only women in the customer service department, because they know I can't be angry and use expletives at a woman.

Well, it's just that if you APPILY, and use the SV address on the appilication, it'll be automagically rejected. If you've already gotten one, or use a different address on the appilication, it should be fine.
