Last year I thought it was the Big12 as the strongest.

This year is still too early for me to say, but I'm leaning towards either the Big12 or the Pac10 (yes even before USC played OSU) but more towards the Big12.

Although this year the Big10 is coming back (at least from what I've seen from Wisconsin and Penn State) but still not enough to claim one of the top 2 spots.

Yeah, I thought the Pac-10 was pretty good, right up until they went 0-4 vs. the Mountain West last week. Although USC is good enough to cancel out at least three or four other crapy teams.
