My take:
1) Was the girl feeling too entitled? Yes.
2) Should Apple's Public Relations department maybe, you know, relate to the public? Yes.
3) Is Steve Jobs the biggest asshole in the world? Absolutely yes.

Point (3) is the real take-away from that story. I like how he's not too Busy and Important to answer all his emails; he'll certainly take time out of his busy day to be a dick and then get in a flame war with some j-school student. Nice god you have there, Apple fanboys.
